In collaboration with the Chinese Taipei Ultra Runners Association, MURA will award two runners a free race entry and free flight to Hua Lian, Taiwan to represent the Malaysian Ultra Runners in a new 200km road ultra-marathon organised by the Chinese Taipei Ultra Runners Association. Flight and race entries will be given to selected runners while they will have to cover the rest of their expenses (accommodation, food). Runners will have to complete the race within a cut-off time of 30h to 32h (exact cutoff time not determined yet).
MURA will be selecting the runners chosen to represent MURA in the race based in their running credentials. The goal is to have runners able to complete the race within cutoff time. Each selected runners will have to be vetted by the race organiser as well. To be candidate, you have to be a MURA member or join the association in January and send us your running resume, highlighting your credentials showing you can finish this race. You do need to have ran at least few 100km races with a good timing to be have a chance to be selected.
